Pricing
1. What does it cost to have a shirt printed?
The cost depends on many things like ( How many color?s,Type of apparel,How many do you need?
2. How does the pricing for the names and numbers work?
Names are $4 each. If you have a name put on three items in a single package then that individual package will
cost an additional $12. It works the same way for numbers but numbers are $2each.

Shipping costs are determined by quantity and your postal code.
2. Can I pick up my order?
Any order can be picked up at our office in Des Plaines, Illinois

1. What are the Payment options available?
You can pay for orders by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,Check or Cash.
Artwork
1. How do I submit my artwork to you?
Artwork can be emailed directly to your Sales Rep, at sportsemporium6@sbcglobal.net. or
2. What file formats do you accept?
For Screen Priting, we prefer a Vector File.
* Any of the following file extensions can be submitted: .pdf, .ai, .cdr, .eps.
Samples
1. Can we get samples?
Standard samples from our Sports Emporium Catalogue can be ordered and shipped at a pre-paid charge of the
Full Suggested Retail Value.
2. Can samples be returned?
Our standard samples may be returned within 7 days for a full credit, providing that the items are not damaged
in any way. Shipping Charges will not be refunded. Some Non-Sports Emporium Catalogue items can be returned
for a credit, but a restocking fee will apply.

What do you mean by 2-color design?
A 2-color design means that the PRINT being placed on the items are 2 colors. For example: A red and white
design being printed on a black hooded sweatshirt.
